The Sweden diet
A Swedish diet is a form of diet that can be carried out in case of kidney disease.

1. Breakfast
- 2 cups of coffee with 10 g of cream and 10 g of milk
- 50 g strictly protein-poor Daminbrot (health food store)
- 40 g low-protein bread (health food store)
- 20 g margarine, 20 g jam
- 15 g vegetarian spread (health food)
- 50 g tomato
2. Breakfast
- 300 g fresh apple
Having lunch
- Potato soup with sausages
180 g potatoes
50 g leeks
100 g carrots
30 g celery
500 ml water, marjoram, parsley
20 g of vegetable oil
30 g Viennese sausages
- Orange creme
100 ml orange juice
50 ml of water
10 g sugar
10 g corn starch
20 g cream (30% fat)
Snack in between
- 2 cups of tea
10 g sugar - Filled puff pastry pocket
30 g puff pastry (frozen product)
20 g grated apple
10 g raisins, almond slivers and powdered sugar for sprinkling
dinner
- 2 cups of herbal tea
10 g sugar - Pizza dough
100 g low-protein damine flour (health food store)
5 g yeast
5 g of vegetable oil
75 ml of water - Pizza topping
50 g onion
10 g butter
100 g canned tomatoes
10 g salami
50 g paprika strips
20 g green olives
20 g butter cheese (50% fat in dry matter) grated, 20 g olive oil, pepper, oregano
Late meal
- 150 g peach compote from a can
- 20 g rusks
This daily example does not take into account any potassium restriction. As soon as this becomes necessary, low-potassium recipes, low-potassium foods and special kitchen technology (watering, pouring off cooking water) must be used.

- 358 g of carbohydrates
- 2670 kilocalories
- 120 mg of cholesterol
- 1430 mg sodium (no table salt was used for cooking)

If the fluid balance is prescribed, keep the appropriate drinking quantity.
